The route today started on the rhine and soon moved off to the Rhine-Rhone canal
Avenues of Christine's favourite trees.
Just after Strasbourg right on the cycle path we passed an out door centre with a small climbing frame in the playground!
The route then suddenly popped back onto the Rhine again.

We left the Rhine and went inland a bit..
Dom makes friends with the campsite moggy.
This campsite had some amazing new bathrooms and a washing machine so we used it... On coming back from dinner and stopping of as Christine went off ahead of me I couldn't figure out what Christine was up to, as I came closer she shouted " don't stand still" and proceeded to jiggle and dance as she took in the washing. As I came closer I realised why MOSQUITOES hundreds of them. Anyway got into the tent and slept.... for a while anyway. We were visited by a hedgehog that seemed to take an interest in Christine's cycling shoes.
